Diego is an Immigration Paralegal at Fleming Law, where he assists clients with dedication, clarity, and compassion. Born and raised in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, Diego holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Newton Paiva University, completed in 2018 with a focus on criminal law. His legal foundation, combined with his experience working closely with diverse communities, allows him to support clients through even the most complex immigration matters.

At Fleming Law, Diego focuses on humanitarian and family-based immigration cases. His background in immigration law, document translation, and customer service helps ensure that clients feel supported, informed, and guided throughout every step of their process. He is known for his attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to connect with clients from different cultural backgrounds.

Diego speaks Brazilian Portuguese, English, and Spanish, allowing him to assist a wide range of clients in the language they feel most comfortable using.

Outside of work, Diego enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures and cuisines, experiences that broaden his perspective and strengthen his ability to serve clients with empathy and understanding.
