Eliane is a dedicated and compassionate member of the Fleming Law team, serving as the firm’s Legal Receptionist. Originally from Rondônia, Brazil, Eliane has lived in the United States for eleven years. Her personal journey through the immigration system, along with her sisters’ experiences obtaining Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) status, has fostered a deep passion for immigration advocacy—particularly for vulnerable children in need of protection and stability.

Fluent in English and Portuguese, and currently expanding her proficiency in Spanish, Eliane plays a crucial role in keeping the firm’s operations running smoothly. Her warm and welcoming presence at the front desk ensures that clients feel supported from the moment they walk through the door. She is committed to making every interaction personal and meaningful, always striving to provide the best possible assistance to those navigating the complexities of immigration law.

Outside of work, Eliane adores her Chihuahua, Lucas, whom she lovingly considers her child. She takes immense pride in her Brazilian heritage, embracing the rich culture, music, and flavors that keep her connected to her roots. 

With her genuine love for clients and unwavering dedication to immigration advocacy, Eliane is a vital part of Fleming Law, ensuring that every client feels heard, valued, and supported.
