Additionally, as the founder of Foglight Strategies, he leveraged his entrepreneurial experience to launch Fleming Law, PLLC., which he now seeks to expand nationwide.

His legal foundation was built through prestigious fellowships, including time with the South Carolina Environmental Law Project and the North Carolina Coastal Resources Law, Planning and Policy Center. He also contributed to poverty law research at the University of North Carolina Center on Poverty, Work and Opportunity.

Mr. Fleming holds a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law (2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from the University of South Carolina (2012), graduating with honors.
