Sylwia Z. is the Senior Supervisory Paralegal at Fleming Law, bringing over seven years of experience in immigration law. Originally from Poland, Sylwia immigrated to the U.S. at the age of five and successfully navigated the immigration system to help both herself and her family obtain legal status. Her personal journey allows her to empathize with her clients, providing them with the understanding and support they need during challenging times.

Sylwia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and specializes in adjustment of status cases, cancellation of removal cases, and deportation defense. While Sylwia excels in family-based immigration, she has devoted significant time to criminal immigration, naturalization, and immigration appeals. This breadth of experience allows her to effectively address a wide range of immigration challenges for her clients. Her commitment to providing personalized service ensures that she works collaboratively with her clients, supporting them through every step of their journey.

Outside of work, Sylwia enjoys traveling around the United States and exploring diverse cultures through foreign films and media. She has a passion for discovering new culinary experiences that broaden her palate. Outside of her hobbies, Sylwia cherishes any time she spends with her family in Poland, valuing the connections and memories they share together. Fluent in both English and Polish, she connects effortlessly with a wide range of clients.
